OBEJECTIVE We analyze the performance issues with emphasis on maximizing the utilization of existing hardware and TCO reduction. We monitor CPU, memory, storage and network usage in addition to analyzing query execution plans and locking, blocking and deadlock issues. We provide a specific list of recommendations to address the performance issues.				DELIVERABLES A knowledge transfer “workshop” style session discussing our findings and recommendations to avoid the performance issues. This is followed by a written report documenting a prioritized list of work items.
